Margaret Josey is a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate professional with nearly eight years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Ellis, Dallas, Tarrant, and surrounding counties. A Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designee and member of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS®, she pairs market expertise with a genuine passion for real estate and an enthusiasm for helping others.

Her goal is simple: connect with every client and deliver the best possible service at every step. Margaret specializes in helping homeowners list their current property to maximize return on investment and find a new home that fits their needs — whether upgrading, downsizing, or making a first move into the market.

For six of her eight years in real estate, Margaret has served as Team Lead of The Josey Group and as an official mentor to new agents — bringing the same dedication she offers clients to the agents she coaches and leads.

When she is not assisting buyers and sellers, Margaret enjoys time with her husband of over 20 years, their three children and four grandchildren, volunteering in the community, and traveling.
